How quickly

Usually 2–4 weeks from payment, depending on what’s required. Your AI receptionist, chat and CRM are set up bespoke for your business in that time. We agree the date with you before we start.

Questions about Premium

Is the AI receptionist actually any good?

It answers, holds a normal conversation, takes the caller’s details and passes anything it cannot handle to you. It is not a person and we will not pretend otherwise. What it reliably does is stop an enquiry going to whoever answers next, which is usually where the money leaks.

Is my website hosted on the same platform as the AI?

No, and that is deliberate. The phone, chat and enquiry tools run on a specialist platform. Your actual website stays with us. You get the specialist tools, on a website built to be found.

What does "national" realistically mean for a business my size?

Usually getting found across a whole region, and for searches that are not tied to one town, rather than beating the national chains everywhere. We will tell you what is realistic for your trade before you buy, not after.

What are the call and message costs?

Calls and texts are billed by usage and passed on at cost plus 15%. We do not absorb them and we do not mark them up quietly. You see the underlying figure.

What happens if I cancel?

The minimum is one month, then it runs month to month. Give notice at any time, including in the first month: the agreement ends one month after we receive it, or when the one-month minimum ends if that is later. No exit fee. We recommend three months, because search work takes time to show. The AI and CRM services stop; we export your contacts and conversations so you keep the data.
